Spinning class is a 50-minute stationary-cycling odyssey – hill climbs, downhills and intervals on uniquely-designed bikes – all set to music, and concluding with a 10-minute relaxing warm-down stretch. This class guarantees a safe, great cardiovascular workout no matter what your fitness level!

Designed to accommodate those who are new to Spinning, with emphasis on bike fit and proper pedaling technique. (See Spinning description above.)

Drop in welcome

This one-hour class consists of Pilates floor exercises that enhance the link between mind and body, dramatically improving core strength, spine flexibility, and posture. Pilates props such as Magic Circles, foam rollers, stretch ribbons and balls are provided.

An eclectic array of upbeat cardio, strength, and core exercises designed to provide a fantastic (and safe) 60 minute workout, guaranteed to shake off the cobwebs!
